What happens if the event cannot go ahead due to Covid-19?

If government guidance, due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, prohibits this event from taking place, GMK will refund all competitors accordingly. Please see our terms and conidtions for more information regarding cancellations and refunds

My CPSA number was not found/my CPSA class is incorrect when booking

We receive classification data from the CPSA every 6 months. If you have only recently registered with the CPSA you may not be listed in our data yet. Please continue your booking, selecting 'no' when propted if you are a CPSA member. You can then contact us to inform us of your CPSA number and we will add it to your booking manually.
Likewise, if your classification is not showing as what you expected it may have changed since we recieved the data from the CPSA. Your classification on the day will be based on the most recent issue available to us at the time of the event

Can I come along to spectate the event?

We hope that guidance at the time of the event will allow spectators and other visitors to attend (without purchasing a ticket) but you may have to sign in for track and trace purposes.

I have not received my booking confirmation

Upon completion of your booking you should receive a confirmation email for each of your group members. If you have not received this please be sure to check your junk or spam folders. If you still cannot find it click here to get in touch and request another confirmation.

Booking is full, can I go on a reserve list?

Yes, please contact us to let us know how many people you would like to book and we will let you know if we recieve a cancellation and spaces becomes available.

I have a query about my score

As stated in our rules, any score discrepancy should be discussed with the referee on the stand at the time. As such we are unable to amend scores if the referee has scored a stand incorrectly. In the unlikely event your total score has been totalled up incorrectly please do contact us

I have won a prize, how/when do I claim it?

We will contact you shortly after the event to arrange where you would like your prize sent. Gun prizes will be sent to an RFD of your choice. Cartridge prizes will be sent as a voucher which will be redeemable at your nearest Eley stockist.

Only Beretta shotguns can be used for the full duration of the competition, anyone found using a gun from another manufacturer will be ineligible for a prize
English Sporting Rules will govern the competition. Ladies, Juniors, Under 18's and Veterans will shoot in their CPSA classified classes and are also eligible for prizes in their respective categories.
Shooters not registered with the CPSA and who therefore do not have a CPSA class will be placed in a class determined by their scores on completion of the event.
Maximum permitted load is 28 gram. Fibre wads only.
Anyone barred from taking part in CPSA events will not be eligible to enter.
All overseas competitors will shoot in class AA. For the purposes of class prizes overseas will be defined as outside the UK.
All squads will be allocated start times at specific stands, GMK reserve the right to move competitor(s)/squads to a later start time where deemed necessary. All shooters must report to their first stand at least ten minutes prior to their allocated start time.
In order to receive Gold, Silver or Bronze overall you must attend the prize ceremony.
Once the top three places have been decided these three shooters will be taken out of their classes and the class prizes will be awarded in accordance with the original scores ex 100.
To decide the class and category placements in the event of a tie, winners will be determined by a countback system. In the event of a tie for Gold, Silver or Bronze overall, there will be a shoot off on Sunday afternoon. If you fail to attend the shoot off you forfeit your podium position and revert to your class prize only.
The referee on the squad's final shooting stand will retain the squad scorecards.
The sponsors reserve the right to give prizes of equivalent value should the prize not be available.
In the event of a dispute, there will be a five-person jury for the duration of the event whose decision will be final.
The Organisers reserve the right to change the prizes and amend the rules.
The prize giving will be held after the final results have been calculated on the last day (approx. 6pm).
Any prize winner must ensure that they have been allocated into the correct CPSA class. Any incorrectly awarded prizes must be returned to GMK immediately.
No refunds or changes can be made once your application has been submitted.
All prizes will be posted to winners if they are not able to attend the prize giving.
By accepting these terms and conditions all entrants agree that their details will be shared with the CPSA and carefully selected third parties.
Juniors must be under the age of 21 and under 18's must be under the age of 18 for the duration of the shooting event. Veterans must have had their 60th birthday prior to the start of the event.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your place at Beretta World please contact us.

Cancellations can be made at the discretion of GMK Ltd.
All cancellations will be subject to a £7.50 administration fee per entrant, this will be deducted from your refund.
Alternatively if you can find another person to take your place tickets can be transfered free of charge.
Cancellations made within 10 calendar days of the start of the event will be subject to a 50% administration fee per ticket, this will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of the event are not eligible for any refund

Amendments

If you need to make an alteration to your booking please contact us.

Amendments can be made free of charge.
Any changes to start times and/or days are at the discretion of GMK Ltd and are subject to availability
Amendments made within 48 hours of the event start are at the discretion of GMK Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse any amendment request made after this time.

Other

GMK reserve the right to refuse entry.
GMK reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
